is it compatible with toyota year 2018 8a (H) chip all key lost?

I tried with an european Toyota Auris 2017 bladed key (non hybrid engine) and did not work . Err 3.a "unknown inmobox version, please contact your dealer for help"

Do I need any new software on my vvdi 2 To do Toyota 8A lost all key ?

no need other software, downlode the newest versoin software of vvdi2 is ok.
