Hi,
I asked if the tool works with Ford Transit 2017 keys, the answer was yes,
then i bought it and now i tried it and it does not work. It does say "unable to clone".
I tried to contact customer Service several times, no reply except the standard
"we recieved your message".
On top of all of that the nice box arrived damaged!
It looks very well made and seems like the quality is pretty good as well. The frequency tester works as well, but that is about it.
I am deeply disappointed and i think i will have to return it due to the fact i can't use it. Why didn't i get that information when i asked earlier? Would have avoided senseless buying.I would highly appreciate some kind of help from customer service.

Customer Service asked for a Video so i made two sent them and the video is apparently to big for the customer service mailbox.
I can't use the tool and it drags out to get information how to return,...
Disappointment is growing even bigger.
